A Message To All The Moms

This past Sunday was Mother’s Day & it had me thinking a lot about my Mom & Mothers all over. First & foremost I want to say thank you to not only my Mom but all Moms. You carried us in your wombs for 9 months, went through an insane level of pain to bring us into the world, & literally never stop caring & making sure we’re okay & that we have what we need. I want to send a message out to all the Moms. Sometimes you feel as if what you’re doing doesn’t matter, or you wish you could be doing more. Maybe you feel that no one sees the sacrifices you make because your kids are too young, or maybe they’re in that rebellious teenage stage. I want to tell you that you’re doing a great job & even though right now it may be tough the journey isn’t over & in the end, it’ll all be worth it. Mom’s no one else can do what you do for your children, no one else can comfort, or care for them the way you can. I know Mom’s compare themselves or have guilt because you didn’t do things perfectly. Guess what? No one does, but as a Godly mother who has committed her life & her children’s life/lives to the Lord, there is grace for you & your children. The Lord promises that if you do what’s right & commit your life & the way you raise your children to Him things will work out. Some of you may be going through a rough time with your children, I want to encourage you not to give up, not to stop praying & believing a breakthrough is coming. To all the Mom’s out there you’re doing great, what you do matters, & it’s not overlooked. My Mom recently went away for a few days & in those few days I took on a lot of the responsibilities my Mom carries & when she came home I really appreciated her so much more. Mom’s you do everything without complaining & for that you deserve an award. So Mom’s stop being so hard on yourself you’re doing awesome & we’re so thankful for all you do.

She opens her mouth with wisdom, and the teaching of kindness is on her tongue.
